It's just so much more than exercise or what you eat. To be fit or to be 'healthy' is one thing, but to be well....now there's the bread and butter my friends (and yes, I eat both of those things and live a happy life as a result! ;) ). To be well, to understand that your physical body is affected by sleep, your ability to sleep is directly affected by stress, your stress is affected by your vulnerability to social and emotional connection, that is what creates the existence of wholeness. 


I'm passionate about thinking about the intricate web that ties our body, mind, and spirit into one unit. This is the location to store all my messy thoughts and neat finds on all things wellness and such with you, dear ones.
