Stress. It makes your heart pound, your breathing quicken and your forehead sweat. But while stress has been made into a public health enemy, new research suggests that stress may only be bad for you if you believe that to be the case.

This video completely changed how I view stress and how I teach others about it. Instead of treating it like a swear word and being afraid of it, we have the capacity and the control to make it be our friend, our ally. So, allow yourself to be fueled by your energy, but also remember to take a moment, breathe, do something healthy for yourself, then progress on.
