S - simply stop
Wherever you are, whether it's in your room, right before a meeting, in the bathroom even, just pause and stop. It can be for 30 seconds or 5 minutes. Just stop
T - Take a breath
Take a deep breath and notice it. Notice it as it goes in and out. You can do it for one great breath, or even a few deep ones.
O - Observe
Just take in your surroundings. Where am I? How do I feel, both physically, mentally, etc. No judgements, just as an observer looking in, how do I feel?
P - Proceed
Allow yourself to continue on with your day, just a smidge more present with yourself and with permission to feel how you're feeling and be who you are.
